Returning Information

Returns will only be given out when a product is damaged, or wrong product if we packed the order wrong. 

Only will accept the return with picture proof

  • You must contact asap (email above) from your delivery date if you have a damaged  product, or wrong package 
  • You have 3 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund or partial refund decided by the customer service operator and we won't give you the refund until we have your items in our hands.

  • You will have to contact our customer service (with the email provided above) and they will decide whether you can get a full refund, partial refund or no refund. Contact the customer service (by email) will be the only way to get your refund issue fixed.
