Shipping And Returning
Shipping Information
We will ship Wednesdays and Fridays but some weeks will have multiple packages being shipped out. Since these products are handmade and some are made to order the processing will take longer. We will say on product if they are ready to ship or made to order in the description of the products.
Processing Orders will be processed up to 1-5 business days depends on how many orders we have to package and ship.

We want your package to arrival not damaged as we try to cushion your package as tight as we can, as we know packages can get toss and throw around in the shipping process.
If you do have a problem with the shipping process fill free to email us about it and we will try to help as best as we can.
Returning Information
Returns will only be given out when a product is damaged, or wrong product if we packed the order wrong.
Only will accept the return with picture proof

- You must contact asap (email above) from your delivery date if you have a damaged product, or wrong package

You have 3 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund or partial refund decided by the customer service operator and we won't give you the refund until we have your items in our hands.

You will have to contact our customer service (with the email provided above) and they will decide whether you can get a full refund, partial refund or no refund. Contact the customer service (by email) will be the only way to get your refund issue fixed.
